• Continue to expand on product knowledge
• Ensure that payments are collected duly
• Advertise and promote our merchandise; recommemd accordingly
• Explain and share various ongoing promotions
• Responsible for weekly objective management
• Adhere to consistent application of the system to improve on sales results of the group
• Manage team members and demonstrate preferable working ethics as required in the role
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties with initiative as per reporting manager
Job Requirements:
• Previous experience with sales & marketing on the ground will be an advantage
• Interest in people management and grooming
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Ability to commit to working schedule
WORKING SCHEDULE:
MONDAY-FRIDAY
WEEKENDS OFF
10am-7.15pm
• Has minimum 4 months of commitment at least
