  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Oversee the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of daily operational processes
  • Constantly optimise processes to deliver excellent customer experience, growth, efficiency, and profitability
  • Draft operations related documents including policies, procedures, guidelines, manuals, and reports
  • Lead the initiatives and work closely with other departments to develop and implement new operational processes and related systems and policies
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other business partners
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute business-expanding strategies
  • Work closely with other departments including Legal and Compliance, IT, Finance, and Marketing
  • Foster a positive culture and hold employees accountable to company policies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • At least 5 years of operational experience, including 2 years in a managerial role, with a background in finance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong business processes management skills
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma is a big plus
  • Strong executive presence, business acumen, and presentation skills
  • Budgeting and financial mindset is helpful
  • Understanding of various business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
  • Demonstrated competency in corporate management, marketing, strategic planning, and business development
  • Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency is an advantage
  • Prior experience at major FinTech companies is an advantage
