About the role

To support and assist the F&B Manager to achieve optimal business performance of the restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety. And, to assist in the management of the restaurant, deputising in the absence of the Managers.

Oversee the entire outlet to ensure smooth operations.
Provide courteous and efficient food & beverage services to guests, working closely with the team to maintain excellent service standards.
Manage and handle customer feedback and take action to improve service quality and food standards.
Ensure the compliance and maintain the cleanliness standard and ambience of the store for customer comfort. Ensure proper product display and workstation cleanliness and recommend repairs and maintenance.
Drive sales and optimise profits by reviewing weekly payroll and profit/loss reports, controlling food costs, and minimising wastage.
Build and train the operational team, including hiring, orientation, and ongoing development. Maintain high morale and team spirit within the outlet. Review employee performance regularly.
Manage inventory by overseeing ordering, purchasing, and organisation. Ensure par stock inventory plans are in place to prevent out-of-stock situations.
Handle administrative tasks such as banking daily sales revenue, petty cash reimbursements, and submitting various reports on time.
Perform any other duties the Manager and/or management assign.

Requirements:


Able to communicate in Mandarin
Passion to F&B Industry
Able to work during weekends and rotating shifts
Foreigner applicant must be Bachelor Degree Holder
