Assistant Store Manager, Retail Operations

Job Responsibilities:

To be responsible and accountable for the commercial management of designated store(s), maximizing sales and minimizing losses
To be an effective member of the store management team contributing to the setting, monitoring and achieving of targets and objectives for the business unit
To ensure all Company’s policies and procedures are implemented as required
To manage team member, merchandise and visual merchandise to ensure the highest standards of service is being offered

Job Requirements:

Essential:

Minimum 3 years in the similar role in a retail environment
Secondary Education or equivalent
Ability to communicate in English to the understanding of employees, Management, co-workers and guests
Ability to provide legible communication
Knowledge of computers

Desirable:

Fluency in a second language
