Job Descriptions
Oversee the store operation and general supervision of staff on day-to-day store administration.
Perform proper storage and handling of all incoming as well as outgoing spares.
Maintain proper documents and records on the accountability of all spares in the store.
Conduct proper preservation and packing for all spares in the store.
Plan and assist in periodic and annual stock-take. Report discrepancies if any.
Maintain proper store records and ensure that requisition & issue procedures of the company are being adhered.
Carry out receiving inspection of all items received at the store and report discrepancies, if any.
Monitor the stock levels of spares and the shelf life of spares in the store.
Operate the RSAF Enterprise System (ES) or company SAP system to transact AGE details for spares demands, work services, purchase request, etc.
Assist in administrative works of the operational department including organizing and schedule meetings and events, keeping records, filing, typing of reports, answering telephone calls, etc.
Requirements
NTC 2/3 level or Diploma holders in any discipline or equivalent, with at least 3 years of working experience in an automotive maintenance or other related industry.
Basic computer knowledge in operating Microsoft PowerPoint, Words and Excel.
Knowledge of SAP system preferred.
