Job Details
Working Hours: 12-hours rotating shift (10am to 10pm, 10pm to 10am) (2 Day, 2 Night, 2 Off). 2 hours break.
Job Responsibilities
To provide support to the Team Leader and Supervisor in the daily ground operations and when deemed necessary, to make situation decisions to minimize disruption to the operation
Running of system operations and handling motorists’ enquiries
Collection of payment (fees & fines for VEP, Toll, ERP) at Checkpoints’ manned terminals and administrative duties.
Reconcile and take custody of all payment collections at the end of shift with the report generated by POS machines to ensure they are properly accounted
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
Minimum GCE N Level with 1 years or Cashiering / Customer Service experience
Have prior relevant experience in the scope that has been assigned
A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude
Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and handle high volume of work
Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
