Responsibilities

Coordinate customer service works, manage daily customer service calls and emails, calling of Lucky Draw Winners (if any).

Periodic updating of LED message of petrol stations.

Assist with administration works like member cards and SPC voucher printing.

Assist with SPC voucher procurement, department procurement, and other procurement needed for the service stations.

Courier service coordination.

Pest control coordination.

Other duties as assigned.



Requirements

A Level or Diploma preferred.

At least 1 year working experience in admin/customer service support.

Able to handle customer service issues and liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.

Good interpersonal skills.

Good team player with good working attitudes.



Salary range: up to $4,500

Location: Millenia Tower (Closest MRT: Promenade)

Working hours: 9am – 6pm, 5 working days

Duration of contract: 4-Months (Maternity Cover, non renewable)

Contraction period: 15 Sep 2024 – 14 Jan 2025
