Who We Need
The Retail Officer will be responsible for assisting in the overall operation of the Retail Pharmacy by ensuring that walk-in customers/patients’ requests are processed accordingly and daily sales records are updated regularly.
The responsibilities are as stated below.
Set-up shelves with merchandise and merchandising aids when new vendors come on board / rotation of floorplan / promotion execution.
Assist in ordering / maintaining and updating expiry date records of all merchandise / monitoring of stocks and inventory control.
Conduct merchandising training.
Assist in cashiering duties.
Assist Pharmacist in processing and preparing walk-in prescriptions, Pharmacy-Only sales and the sale of other retail
merchandise.
Ensure that product information like price, barcode and Oracle codes are maintained and updated regularly and accurately.
Monitoring retail sales record monthly.
Planning of promotional activities and Co-ordination of Retail Roadshow Promotion and management of promoters’ activities.
How to Succeed
Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Passed Pharmacy Technician Course.
At least 3-5 years’ experience in hospital or Retail pharmacy.
5 days’ work week.
