What You'll Be Doing:
Take charge of hostess desk, including set up, maintenance, tear down, ensuring devices are sufficiently charged
Ensure staff are briefed about upcoming reservations, both weekly and daily
Manage flow of reservations, including answering phone messages and enquiries, welcoming reservations, calling late guests, taking in walk-ins
Engage in public relations by welcoming guests with the Company spirit and story
Assist management in daily operations when instructed, including assisting with service flow to assure smooth transition between seatings
Support other front of house or bar tasks when needed and are available, including polishing of cutlery, cleaning tables, setting up the bar
Maintain good personal and outlet hygiene
Who We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and hospitality skills
At least 1 year experience in a high-volume environment in similar position
Prior SevenRooms knowledge advantageous but not required
Warm personality and a natural ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere.
