We are seeking a knowledgeable and forward-thinking AI Beauty Trainer to join our team. This role is essential in bridging the gap between beauty expertise and artificial intelligence. The AI Beauty Trainer will collaborate closely with our AI development team, providing expert knowledge in dermatology, skincare, and wellness to support the creation of AI-driven beauty products from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Education:
Lead training sessions for internal teams, partners, and AI developers on core topics related to skincare, dermatology, and wellness.
Develop and update educational materials and training modules that reflect the latest trends and research in the beauty industry.
Ensure that the AI team is equipped with a deep understanding of skincare science and industry standards.
AI Collaboration:
Partner with the AI team to guide the development of AI-driven beauty products, ensuring that AI models are trained with accurate and relevant data.
Perform image annotation and data labeling to feed AI systems, ensuring high-quality input for model training.
Act as a subject matter expert during the AI product development process, providing insights to enhance product accuracy and efficacy.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain high standards in training materials, product information, and AI data annotations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Regularly review and refine AI training data and models to keep them aligned with the latest beauty and wellness research.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Dermatology, Cosmetology, Nutrition, or a related field.
Extensive experience in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry.
Strong understanding of dermatology, skincare formulations, and wellness principles.
Experience with AI, image annotation, or data labeling is a bonus
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-experts.
