We are seeking a skilled Asian Cuisine Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Asian cuisine, including expertise in preparing a variety of dishes from different Asian cultures. The Asian Cuisine Cook will be responsible for executing menu items with precision, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and contributing creative ideas to enhance our menu offerings.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a diverse range of Asian dishes.
Ensure that all food preparation meets high-quality standards and complies with food safety regulations.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
Always adhere to proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cook specializing in Asian cuisine, with a minimum of 3 years in a professional kitchen environment.
In-depth knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Certification in food safety and sanitation practices is preferred.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
