Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and offers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to management
Requirement
Degree in any discipline with strong interest in HR
Minimum 3 years in Human Resource function is preferred
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.
Proficient in SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
People oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
