Job Description:

Customer Service: Greet and welcome players, provide instructions, and ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure.
Game Facilitation: Monitor escape room games, offer hints when necessary, act as NPCs (non-playable characters) in the game to enhance the immersive experience, and ensure the flow of the game remains engaging.
Room Resetting: Quickly reset escape rooms between groups, ensuring all props, clues, and puzzles are in the correct positions for the next game.
Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure the escape room and lobby areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards. Address any technical or safety issues promptly.
Problem Solving: Think on your feet to handle customer challenges, technical difficulties, and any unexpected room issues.
Upselling: Promote special events, group bookings, merchandise, or other company offerings.
Team Support: Assist with room maintenance, customer inquiries, and basic troubleshooting of props or technology used in the games.
Process payments: processing payments accurately, following proper cash and card handling procedures, and maintaining a balanced cash register.

Requirements:

Passion for puzzles, games, or immersive experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Must be a quick learner and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable with light physical tasks (lifting, resetting props)
No experience required—enthusiastic individuals with a willingness to learn are welcome!
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
