The eCommerce and Fulfillment Executive will play a crucial role in setting up and managing our online store, developing efficient fulfillment processes, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Online Store Setup: Assist in configuring and launching our online store. Experience with platforms like Shopee or similar is preferred.
E-Commerce Management:
Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Create and manage product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
Update product prices, apply discounts, and manage promotions to boost sales.
Monitor and process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Manage payment gateways, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless checkout process.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns related to orders.
Collaborate with Logistics and other departments for efficient shipping and delivery.
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
Process and track orders, ensuring timely delivery.
Pack orders and coordinate processing to meet customer expectations.
Provide excellent customer service, answer queries, educate customers, and handle feedback.
Drive e-commerce strategy, evaluating technology options, mobile apps, and third-party sales channels.
Job Requirements:
education in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred
proven experience in e-commerce operations.
Skills:
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
Computer proficiency with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work weekends as needed.
