OUE Restaurants has launched an exciting nightlife and culinary destination in the 4th quarter of 2023, and we are building a team of like-minded individuals who believe in creating experiences and meaningful connections. Located in the heart of the Central Business District of Singapore and perched at the roof-top of one of the city’s iconic skyscrapers, the venue will present 2 concepts across 3 levels and will operate from lunch time till late night.
HighHouse - Transcendent day-to-night nightlife and culinary destination

Nearest MRT: Raffles Place MRT | Monday to Saturdays | Night Shift Hours
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and manage assigned work stations.
Provide excellent guest service, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
Foster teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
Uphold high standards for food, beverage, and entertainment service.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Attend training and complete assigned tasks.
Responsible for cashiering and order-taking duties
Provide support to customer orders, and team’s needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure cash handling process and cashiering duties complies with the team’s SOP.
Uphold integrity in handing all cash related matters.
Foster teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
Perform duties as assigned by the supervisors and management.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of any POS (E-Point knowledge and background preferred).
Basic experience in using credit card terminals.
Basic cashiering duties: handling of cash and card payments, opening and closing duties (reports)
Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in working in F&B and/or Nightlife establishments is a bonus.
