As a Social Worker within the Senior Services team, you will work to promote social-health wellbeing of seniors by engaging them meaningfully

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Conduct triage and intake services for members of the community.
  • Provide casework and counselling interventions for individuals and families.
  • Plan and conduct group work to support the needs of beneficiaries.
  • Engage in community work to build an ecosystem of assets and resources.
  • Engagement and advocate with systems and stakeholders in the community.
  • Strategise and coordinate interventions to support beneficiaries.
  • Assist with company projects or report submissions, as assigned by supervisor.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by HOD/supervisor.
  • Perform other duties assigned.


Desired Skills And Competencies

  • Bachelor / Postgraduate Diploma / Master in Social Work.
  • No prior work experience required for new entrants to social work.
  • Competencies in Casework, counselling, risk and crisis management, group work facilitation.
  • Competencies in working with various formal systems and conduct case conferences.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Passion to work with children, youths. and their families.
  • Good Interpersonal skills and able to work with diverse population.
  • Strong Communication and with good written and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to the Code of Social Work Practice standards.

  • Demonstrate sound and updated professional knowledge and skills in social work.
  • Relevant experience in working with individuals and families will be an advantage.
