Job Scope:
Performs simple inventory tracking procedures (receipt, check-in, login, labeling, inventory, transport, check-out, etc.) and administrative tasks in support of laboratory operations
Communicates status of tasks to supervisor and/or appropriate lab staff
Trains on SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and storage requirements
Performs daily work assignments accurately, timely and in a safe manner
Working Conditions and Environment:
Work is performed in a clinical environment
Personal protective equipment required such as protective eyewear, garments, and gloves
Requirements:
O Levels, ITE/Diploma
Moderate lifting (or otherwise movement, carrying, setting, and placement) up to 12kg
Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf
Ability to maintain detailed tracking and documentation clearly and accurately according to SOP
Time management skills
Works with guidance or reliance on oral or written instructions from management
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Additional Information:
Start Date: Immediate
Working days and hours: Full Time: AM shift 8am to 5pm rotational Mon-Fri, Tue-Sat, Wed-Sun, PM shift 1pm to 10pm or 4pm to 1am rotational from Tues to Sat / Part Time: 4 hours per day, 20 hours/week 8am to 5pm from Mon to Sat
