Responsibilities:
Design materials (infographics, animation) for learning interventions of programmes
Sense-making and validate transcription quality for research
Managing research platform for better navigation to scale up our reach of readers
Facilitate coordination work where necessary
Requirements:
A diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., communication, multimedia design or education).
Strong graphic design skills with experience in creating infographics, animations, or other digital content.
Familiarity with transcription and research processes, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
