Main Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
- Support in development and execution of marketing plan in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Trade Marketing
- Follow-up on point-of-sale renovations, pop-up stores, windows, product launches, newsletters, visual animations (for retailers), Visual Merchandising guidelines in all POS
- Coordination of retailer-related events
- Manage orders of POS material
- Organize and maintain the Marketing inventory (gifts, branding materials)
- Ensure smooth implementation and execution of trade projects with external agencies and vendors
PR & Event Management
- Support in the execution of PR, trade, Retail and CRM events
- Share reports on DMR & Press clippings
Digital
- Support the team in digital planning across channels to drive website traffic and lead generation
- Provide support, tools and information to E-partners
- Ensure online brand touchpoints are up-to-date and adhere to global guidelines
Reporting & Communication
- Assist in distribution of marketing assets and information with internal teams
- Coordinate with media and landlords on promotional marketing and launch campaigns
- Prepare and report performance analysis of marketing activations and events
- Perform competition analysis: events, pop-up stores and clienteling
- Support in providing reporting of monthly activities and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor holder, majoring in Marketing or Business administration.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in luxury sector
- Strong in verbal and written communication skills
- Diligent and willing to learn
- Responsible, organized and detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proactive, independent and agile
- Excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT etc) and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Strong Research Skills
