• Position Title: Accounts Executive/ Accounts Assistant

• Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate accounting records by resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management reporting.
• Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and payments and follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
• Handle GST submissions and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all accounting records, reports, and related documents are properly filed and stored in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Other tasks as assigned.
