Main duties but are not limited to:

· Reporting to Financial Services Director and performing secretarial and administrative duties.

· Filling in forms and documents

· Collating documentation for submission

· Typing, formatting, and editing presentations.

· Consolidating data to generate comparison table on various product services.

· Consolidating client’s policy summary

· Liaising with internal departments and external parties to make enquires via phone calls and/or email.

· Copying, scanning, and emails documents.

· Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, whenever required.

· Sending reminders to client.

· Any other administrative work required by Director

Requirements:

· Preferably with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. Applicants with less experience may also be considered.

· Prior experience in Financial Advisory will be advantageous.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF, with an ability to learn company-specific software when required.

· Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Tech-Savvy, Resourceful

· Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.

· Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
