  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordinating day-to-day operations, including logistics, supply chain, and inventory management.
  • Support the Operations Manager in monitoring workflow and optimizing processes to improve efficiency.
  • Handle vendor and supplier communication for order placement and delivery tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records of operational data, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues that may arise.
  • Assist in preparing reports on operational performance metrics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, and Customer Service) to support operational needs.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and suggest ways to enhance productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Availability: Full-time availability (5 days a week) for at least [3–6 months] on-site in Singapore.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a positive attitude.
  • Preferred but not required: Prior experience or internships in operations, logistics, or supply chain is a plus.
