  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

We are working with an engineering firm, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for an Electrical Engineer Lead to join their Singapore team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, handling workload scheduling and team development.
  • Negotiate project scope, effort, and duration with project managers, ensuring alignment on work packages.
  • Provide technical and program-level support, including design reviews and execution strategies.
  • Oversee design verifications and validations, ensuring quality and compliance with project goals.
  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables for project milestones and tender proposals.
  • Maintain technical documentation for efficient planning and execution.


Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience leading teams of 3-5 engineers.
  • Technical knowledge in microcontroller programming, PCB design, PLC, power electronics, wireless communication, motors, and actuators.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
