Our client is major financial institution with significant regional presence, currently undergoing strategic business and digital transformation to achieve its ambitious growth targets. There is now a rare opportunity to be part of this exciting transformation journey as its Regional Talent & Leadership Development team is seeking to expand.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent & Leadership Development, this is an exciting role where you will develop and execute best-in-class leadership programmes to strengthen the firm's regional leadership capabilities across Asia. Working in partnership with subject matter experts within and outside the firm, learning institutes as well as programme delivery partners, you will be responsible for program strategies, design and execution of leadership programs to enable its leaders to successfully drive the firm's business transformation and growth agenda. This is a hands on role where alongside programmatic work, you and external partners will also be engaging directly with top leaders in their leadership assessments and reporting, coaching and solutioning to ensure effective delivery of the organisation's leadership development strategies and interventions to ensure success.

Requirements

You are degree qualified, ideally in majoring in psychology and certified in coaching, with demonstrated track record in developing leadership capabilities, gained in leadership development roles in progressive multinationals or consulting firms. You are strategic yet operationally hands on, equally comfortable both in program design as well as in one on one delivery. You have excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills, and is well versed working in highly multicultural settings.
