  • Key Purpose of the Job:

The position's ultimate goal is to build The North Face to be the #1 Outdoor Brand in APAC market. Your role is to inspire, equip and enable the next generation of “Explorers” - to build a immersive, consumer centric and service led retail experience - to spark curiosity for adventure and to ensure they understand the latest product innovations that will help them achieve their goals.

He/she will support the Sr. RBE Manager ROA to ensure development and implementation of winning brand and retail brand strategies for ROA.

Success in this position requires close collaboration and communication with the various business functions: internal RBE, marketing cross functions, omnichannel, Merchant, and APAC distributors.

The Focus Of His/her Scope Will

  • Monitor partners to roll out marketing campaigns at retail
  • Oversee the set up and coordination of ROA new store opening and upgrades
  • Prepare deliverables / VM assets references for targeted markets
  • Support ROA marketing events & store opening Working closely with RO Sales & Marketing team to ensure the store changes are in line with the business needs
  • Regular store visit
  • Able to provide flexible VM solutions to tackle with fast changes in retail reality
  • Assist in VM training
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met according to schedules

Key Areas Of Responsibility

  • Assist APAC rolling out of marketing campaigns, VM related guideline according to retail roadmap in partnership with headquarter
  • Frequent store visits to ensure VM standards are in line with guidance by working closely with local team
  • Monitor on store renovation / upgrade projects and effective executions
  • Provide feedback to APAC RBE plan / reports regularly Consolidate reports, presentations to management team, Headquarter and omni channel
  • Assist training to APAC for all new concepts, VM technique and standard Oversee APAC market orders
  • Travelling is needed

Major Challenge

  • At least 4-6 years in VM field with fashion/luxury/sports retail experience
  • Experiences in SEA market is a plus, willing to travel and adaptive in various cultures environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, any other local language efficiency will be a plus
  • Familiar with Adobe software (photoshop, Illustrator), powerpoint, excel
