Job Description

• Position Title: Logistics Officer/ Logistics & Warehouse Admin Officer
• Working Location: Loyang (Transport provided)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $2,800 + OT + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage administrative functions (30%) in the Warehouse/ Logistics department, maintain accurate inventory records, and perform monthly stock take.
• Liaise with various departments to prepare and deliver equipment and parts to customers.
• Manage receiving and Issuing Parts & Accessories (70%). Ensure all items picked and issued to the warehouse for packing, SI Engineers for system integration, or Service Engineers are correct without discrepancies.
• Assist in optimizing space utilization and perform order processing tasks.
• Maintain proper documentation and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
