Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process customer orders and printing requests efficiently.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Operate printing equipment as needed, ensuring all products meet quality standards.
  • Assist customers in designing and customizing their printing projects using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Educate customers about our products and services, including new offerings and enhancements.
  • Handle cash and payment transactions accurately and responsibly.
