  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

My Client is looking to hire an IT Business Analyst. This role will allow to work on multiple digital projects. The focus will be on application support and collaborating with vendors/business units to determine business requirements for facilitating and executing support on different CRM systems/application modules. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Analysis, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of raised issues.
  • Collaboration with vendors and users to gather and analyze requirements
  • Perform/Support UATs before deployments/implementations.
  • Managing/Liaising/Co-ordination with vendors for L2/L3 support to ongoing business applications.
  • Supporting Application Deployment/troubleshooting and change requests.
  • Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor project performance and delivery.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 3 years of working experience in Application Support/Maintenance in a vendor environment.
  • Working experience in IT projects/domains.
  • Java development experience, SQL Proficiency
  • Experience in a cloud working environment will be an added advantage.
  • Track record of effective communication with stakeholders and vendors.
