  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Meet-and-Greet guests and assist them in any way possible to make their visit a memorable one;

· Perform static duties such as guiding guests to purchase tickets; to the entry turnstile and to boarding for their flights;

· Ensure guests adhere to the safety requirements; be firm but polite;

· Checking tickets at entry point before admission;

· Coordinate the boarding of VIPs, Private Capsule guests , PSD guests, etc;

· Ensure the security is maintained at restricted access points;

· Crowd control: ensure proper queue system;

· Rotating shift work is required;

· Any other duties as assigned by superiors.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
  • N’ Levels and above
  • Some customer service experience required
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented with a pleasant & outgoing disposition
