  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is seeking an IT Infra Engineer to join their business on a full-time basis - This is a newly created headcount, starting with a 2-year contract (with bonuses and increments).

Responsibilities:

Supporting the system infrastructure team, the ideal candidate is responsible the operations, support, maintenance and R&D of the system, ensuring continual improvement and optimization.

Daily Tasks include:

  • Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure for on-premise environment and on Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC);
  • Participation in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure;
  • Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners;
  • Accountable for the following systems: Linux, Windows, UNIX (AIX), Virtualization systems, Middleware includes WebSphere Application Servers, WebSphere Message Queue, Backup software includes Veritas NetBackup, Tivoli Storage Manager, that support the IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years system administration experience; and
  • Knowledge and experience in Linux scripting, Vmware Virtualization, Middleware and Cloud (GCC as an advantage).
  • Able to work well both independently as well as in a team.
  • Certification in software testing preferred.
  • Experience in Micro-payments or payment systems using Smart Cards and in diverse test execution phases (System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Performance testing) would be an advantage
