Job Responsibilities

Contribute to the Revenue Optimization department in its goal to maximize gaming profit by performing the following:

Casino Operations

• Analyze various aspects of the casino operations, including product and area performance, operational and manpower efficiency, dealer performance etc.
• Apply statistical models, optimization techniques and simulations to improve gaming floor optimization, demand forecasting, manpower scheduling, risk evaluation etc.
• Assist in building solutions and tools to enhance floor optimization and operational efficiency.
  
  

Customers And Marketing

• Conduct pre-campaign analysis by providing cost and revenue estimation and assist in campaign design through probability calculation and what-if analysis.
• Conduct in-depth post analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, revenue impact, customer behavior changes etc.
• Apply statistical models and machine learning techniques including classification and clustering to predict various customer behaviors and understand customer preferences
• Assist in building personalized marketing solutions and tools to optimize campaigns and improve customer experience
• Work closely with marketing departments to design experiments and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Assist in marketing program and loyalty program design through providing insights on customers and program usage
  
  

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Degree in Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or other analytical fields preferred.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in business analytics, customer analytics or marketing analytics or Masters in any analytical field for Analyst.
• Experience building and implementing predictive models and machine learning will be an added advantage.
  
  

Other Prerequisites

• Casino related experience is a bonus but not compulsory.
• Programming skills using analytical tools such as Base SAS, SAS EG, SQL, R or Python is required.
• Proficient in data visualization tools, such as Tableau preferred.
• Ability to process massive amounts of data and complete critical projects in a correct, accurate and timely manner.
• Strong logical thinking, data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
