Roles & Responsibilities

We are a small family-owned business that have been around since 1980s.

We are looking for someone who will be working closely and directly with the director on the day to day operation (as per indicated but not limited to the following):

  • Answer phone calls and take orders
  • Assist in the preparation of Invoices and delivery orders
  • Experience in using Microsoft excel & word, Quickbooks
  • Arrange deliveries with drivers and customers (with personal Driving license is a bonus)
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc
  • Cover the walk-in sales counter (if needed)
  • Contract Period: Oct/Nov to End Jan (can be discussed)
