Responsibilities
- Ensure that there is always adequate stock in the booking portal
- Liaise with attraction / suppliers for any update / promotion and info to be escalate to all relevant department.
- All requests are being handled, recorded and managed in a consistent manner and uniformly.
- Ensure all emails/enquiries/requests are cleared on-day and no back log should be carry forward at any time
- Ensuring accuracy and submission of reports and statistics
- To assist and ensure all product (hotels / activities) are loaded into system prior to products release
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment and project as and when necessary.
Requirements
- Maintain good communication with all departments in the company and liaise with the concerned department
- Willingness to learn
- Candidate with tourism experience is an advantage.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays (On rostering)
- Possess good working attitude and have a strong sense of responsibility
- Have good organizational skill with an ability to work well under pressure
- Able to work independently and deliver under tight timeline
- Entry Level candidates or new to workforce with the right attitude will also be considered
