Strategic Partnerships Coordinator - WDA

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of partnerships with private, public sector and group practices (e.g. NGOs, government agencies, grassroots network, telehealth providers, insurance companies, tech companies, trade unions / associations) to accelerate patient access across underserved populations.

• Coordinate the operational aspects of partnership activities, including scheduling meetings, drafting agreements, and tracking action items.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with partners to implement new technologies, processes, or initiatives that promote growth and value creation in the healthcare ecosystem.
• Assist in operationalizing strategic partnership plans in alignment with the wider external affairs strategy, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up on partnership commitments.

• Manage compliance-related efforts and processes for all external engagements by the External Affairs, Policy & Communications Team.
• Support communications effort to present the organization as an ethical and patient-focused pharmaceutical company through partnership activities.

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Candidates are evaluated on a case-by case basis but appreciate experience in business, marketing or social service and stakeholder management.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven ability to support operational aspects of partnership maintenance.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in managing follow-up activities and tracking progress.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
