Position: Business Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.

Collaborate with prospects and clients to understand and plan for their immediate, near, and long-term business goals.

Must have experience in the staffing and Recruiting industry.

Manage day-to-day client relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Respond to and develop proposals for client RFPs.

Manage business development pipelines within assigned areas and track all prospect interactions in CRM.

Identify new sales opportunities and target the right segments to sell services.

Collaborate with client leadership and stakeholders to determine staffing needs and ensure satisfaction.

Handle client escalations, establishing processes for smooth operations and adherence.

Increase business opportunities with existing clients and manage contract renewals/SLA preparation.

Lead and maintain healthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Address escalated issues, regularly meeting with clients to review performance metrics and recommend solutions.
