Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and achieving sales targets. Understanding sales expectations and lead the team towards these expectations
- Seize opportunities for incremental revenue
- Understand store assortment mix, to generate maximum revenue and minimize shrinkage
- To be responsible and accountable for the commercial management of designated store(s)
- Motivate sales associates and ensure they are focused on customer service and merchandise up selling
- Recognize and strive to meet both internal and external guest needs
- Manage priorities, anticipate and plan accordingly
- Engage and inspire , coach and develop team members
- Implement Company’s policies and procedures as required
- Ensure store’s visual standards are maintained in accordance to park standards
- Generate new ideas that have a positive impact on work processes, products, services
- or businesses
- Perform duty manager’s roles and duties
- Support the Store Manager in all store’s operational aspect
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in the similar role in a retail environment
- Secondary Education or equivalent
- Experience in F&B/Retail operations will be advantageous
- Keen eye for detail – Guest profiles, Team Member’s behaviours/work progress etc
- Able to be flexible with different roles throughout the shift (i.e break coverage, floater etc)
- Able to work on selected weekends and public holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively between Team Members, Management and Guests
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising is preferred
- Knowledge of computers
