Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and achieving sales targets. Understanding sales expectations and lead the team towards these expectations
  • Seize opportunities for incremental revenue
  • Understand store assortment mix, to generate maximum revenue and minimize shrinkage
  • To be responsible and accountable for the commercial management of designated store(s)
  • Motivate sales associates and ensure they are focused on customer service and merchandise up selling
  • Recognize and strive to meet both internal and external guest needs
  • Manage priorities, anticipate and plan accordingly
  • Engage and inspire , coach and develop team members
  • Implement Company’s policies and procedures as required
  • Ensure store’s visual standards are maintained in accordance to park standards
  • Generate new ideas that have a positive impact on work processes, products, services
  • or businesses
  • Perform duty manager’s roles and duties
  • Support the Store Manager in all store’s operational aspect

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in the similar role in a retail environment
  • Secondary Education or equivalent
  • Experience in F&B/Retail operations will be advantageous
  • Keen eye for detail – Guest profiles, Team Member’s behaviours/work progress etc
  • Able to be flexible with different roles throughout the shift (i.e break coverage, floater etc)
  • Able to work on selected weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to communicate effectively between Team Members, Management and Guests
  • Basic knowledge of visual merchandising is preferred
  • Knowledge of computers
