  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in loan related projects and discussions, work closely with various
  • stakeholders to implement and improve the system and workflows for Loan Operation
  • and Credit Admin Processes for secured and unsecured lending and collateral
  • management.
  • Perform daily operations on loan Operation and Credit Admin including but not limited
  • to timely review and ensure completeness of legal and loan documents in relation to
  • mortgage lending; liaise with external parties including solicitor, valuer and insurers in
  • relation to mortgage lending; processing/ oversees the mortgage loan redemption.
  • Perform account management tasks such as time deposit, account closure, freezing and
  • earmark of funds.
  • Assist in other Operation related BAUs such as payments and treasury settlement when
  • needed.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution with 5 years of experience in Loan
  • Operations and Credit Admin.
  • Be familiar with commercial lendings.
  • Knowledge in various Operation aspects like time deposits, dormant account, GIRO,
  • FAST/PayNow will have added advantage.
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player with strong sense of ownership.
  • Good analytical skills to solve issues and attention to details.
