RESPONSIBILITIES

1. ERP Implementation and Support:

• Lead the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP applications, resolving any issues that arise.

• Perform role and user management.

2. Business Process Analysis:

• Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop detailed specifications for ERP solutions.

3. Project Management:

• Manage ERP-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems.

• Prioritise service request/change request and work closely with IT Project Manager to ensure the application vendor fulfil their SLA.

• Perform user acceptance testing for any release of application patches and enhancements.

4. Training and Documentation:

• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective use of ERP systems.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP processes, configurations, and user guides.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilise ERP systems to generate accurate and timely reports, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.

• Develop and maintain financial reports based on business finance requirements.

• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all ERP modules.

6. Undertake any other duties and projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

· 3+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or similar role.

· In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

· Experience with ERP system upgrades and migrations preferred.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of business process modelling and improvement techniques preferred.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

· Familiarity with SQL and data management tools preferred.

· Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) preferred.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
