What You'll Do
As a Clinical Specialist, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for providing clinical support, developing strong relationships with key customers, staying updated on product developments, and delivering regular reports. Your ability to multitask will be essential as you navigate this fast-paced environment.
- Provide clinical support including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing patient follow-up for company products
- Develop good rapport and establish trusting relationships with key spine surgeon customers
- Develop knowledge of all products and procedures to support clinical questions that arise
- Evaluate problems and find appropriate solutions to appropriately support surgeries and cases
- Keep abreast of all new product developments, clinical data and surgical techniques
- Provide regular reporting deliverables within the assigned timeframe
The ideal candidate for the Clinical Specialist role brings a strong passion and interest in the medical device industry.
- Solid comprehension of the scientific method, general medical terminology, and spinal anatomy
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, analytical ability and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; Fresh graduate who demonstrate positive learning attitude is welcome.
- 1+ years of experience in medical device sales or a clinical position is preferred
