Responsibilities:
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets based on the scope of work and resource requirements. Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to the budget.
- Project Scheduling: Create and maintain a comprehensive project schedule and work plan, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide consistent updates on project strategy, adjustments, and progress to various stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Vendor Oversight: Oversee vendor and supplier contracts, assigning tasks and managing deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Best Practices: Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Technical Support: Communicate with customers, contractors, and all levels of stakeholders to resolve technical issues and provide support as needed.
- PLC Programming: Program PLC logic and configure HMI systems to meet project specifications and requirements.
- Documentation: Prepare system drawings and shop drawings, ensuring clarity and accuracy for all project phases.
- User Acceptance Testing: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) according to the requirements specified in the Vendor’s Tender Document to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Cost Management: Manage project costs and margin to improve overall profitability, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or related field).
- Technical Experience: Proven experience with PLC, SCADA, and networking equipment.
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Experience in Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity, understanding relevant risks and mitigation strategies.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong execution and troubleshooting skills, particularly at remote sites, to address issues promptly.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret and understand technical documents and drawings.
- Flexibility: Willingness to perform standby duties and adapt to changing work schedules as project demands require.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes.
