About The Role

Our client is seeking an established and highly successful Executive Search Consultant to join their expanding team as Vice President of the Human Resources Practice. This senior role demands a dynamic individual with deep expertise in HR leadership and the ability to drive business growth while consistently delivering exceptional talent solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy: Drive the growth of the Human Resources Executive Search practice by setting strategic goals, enhancing service offerings, and expanding the firm’s footprint in the HR space.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key HR clients, offering expert advice and ensuring their executive talent needs are met with precision.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HR sector, utilizing industry knowledge and networks to grow the practice.
  • Market Expertise: Stay current on HR trends and provide clients with insights that support their talent strategies while maintaining the practice's competitive edge.
  • Project Management: Manage complex executive search projects from initiation through to successful placement, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in executive search, preferably within the Human Resources or related sectors.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and growing teams.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills and a history of driving business growth.
  • Deep industry knowledge in HR markets and a strong professional network.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Japanese is highly desirable.
