  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Transactions: 30%

The Role

  • You will play a critical part in rolling out various regulatory programs and supporting business expansion globally
  • Working closely with regulators such as the MAS/SEC to ensure transactions and day to day operational requirements are in line with fast changing laws
  • Utilizing your knowledge in regulation and general compliance, you will ensure transactions are fully supported. This includes areas such as cross-border regulation, policies, procedures and on-going daily advice
  • You will gain a unique insight into business teams and deal flow, supporting them with everything from investment structuring to post completion

Requirements

  • 3-7 PQE (Guideline)
  • Open to lawyers from both law firms and those who have exposure to In-House teams (directly or through secondments)
  • Ideal candidate will possess both transaction and regulatory experience, preference for the latter
  • Must have an interest in joining a global operation, high growth/high profile investment firm
