  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This role is essential in helping us enter new markets, secure deals, and grow our network of partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development and partnership management with the ability to drive growth and create new opportunities. If you are a self-starter who enjoys the thrill of building new relationships, pitching innovative solutions, and creating strategic partnerships, this is the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new growth opportunities for Haven’s services in untapped markets, including corporate wellness programs, schools, hospitals, and community-based initiatives
  • Expand Haven’s client base by generating leads and pursuing corporate partnerships that align with our services
  • Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients, corporate partners, and other strategic stakeholders
  • Present and pitch Haven’s services to potential clients, partners, and organisations to drive new business and revenue
  • Lead the development of proposals and negotiate partnership deals
  • Serve as the point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivering top-tier client service
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring ongoing partnerships and repeat business
  • Develop and maintain an organised client and partnership database, tracking outreach efforts and conversion rates

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch and negotiate deals effectively
  • Experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and using LinkedIn for outreach and business development
  • Strong network or ability to create connections with corporate clients, schools, healthcare providers, and other potential partners
  • Experience in wellness, mental health services, or therapy-related industries is a plus
