- Work closely with all the members in the team to understand and to give an outsider's perspective of the work being done
- Suggest areas/ways of improvement in the pursuit to optimize the outcome (inclusive of cross functional brainstorming sessions, internal/external meetings and from production floor site walks)
- Be a web for the team which the intern is embedded into and also a bridge between the functions within the working organization
- Understand and can clearly articulate the nature of Infineon's business, value drivers, responsibilities and vision for the future
- Understand and can clearly articulate the experiences garnered from the work/projects which have been assigned to the intern
- Utilize these experiences that can vitally contribute to the student being able to apply it in tangible and intangible ways to the intern's student life
- On track to attain Bachelor in Engineering
- An uncanny skill for the management of stakeholders as it will be key in this role
- Methodological thinking and systematic approach to problem solving
