Key Responsibilities

  • Research and prepare analysis on employee development needs/trends to support development and design of learning programmes
  • Collate and review course feedback results, training attendance, to identify opportunities to enhance design of learning programmes
  • Design and develop employee communications to drive a learning culture (e.g., Canva)
  • Support in the planning, organising and managing of learning initiatives and events across different modalities
  • Organise and manage internal/external engagements, including the preparation of meeting briefs and presentations
  • Perform all other duties and tasks assigned on ad-hoc basis

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in HR, Humanities/Social Sciences
  • Candidate who possess strong project management skills and possess critical thinking and analytical ability would be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team player who is adaptable, self-motivated, possesses learning agility with the ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment
