  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Adecco is partnering exclusively with a leading company in the freight forwarding industry to find a Senior Project Manager. This role requires a deep understanding of the program, connecting various business units, and identifying potential business opportunities within each unit.

  • Permanent Opportunity
  • Location: East (transportation provided)
  • Salary: Basic up to $10,000 + AWS + VB
  • Working hours/Days: Mon-Fri. 8:30am - 6pm

The Job
  • Liaise with customers via weekly scorecard and quality meetings, monthly safety and continuous improvement (CIP) sessions, project discussions, KPI assessments, and strategic business reviews.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs) with a focus on enhancing workplace safety, automation, process optimization, quality improvements, productivity increases, data analytics, data visualization, storage models, freight consolidation, cross-border trucking, and overall network planning.
  • Manage the planning and execution of projects with durations ranging from short-term (6 months) to long-term (10 years).

The Talent
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a contract logistics leadership role.
  • Critical Thinking and Analysis: A well-developed capacity for critical thinking and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in data analytics and data visualization.
