What The Role Is
As a Human Resource (HR) Executive, HR Service Centre (Executive and Administrative Staff) in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will support the effective and efficient management and administration of HR functions relating to service conditions, benefits and professional development for Executive and Administrative Staff (EAS) in MOE HQ and schools, in support of MOE HR objectives.

As a Human Resource (HR) Executive, HR Service Centre (Executive and Administrative Staff) in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will support the effective and efficient management and administration of HR functions relating to service conditions, benefits and professional development for Executive and Administrative Staff (EAS) in MOE HQ and schools, in support of MOE HR objectives.
What You Will Be Working On
- Provide strong administrative support in HR operations and ensure good standard of delivery of HR services to EAS
- Process requests related to employment matters and applications, including preparation of submissions for senior management’s approval
- Assist in case management, including fact-finding, evaluation and recommendation
- Handle HR queries in a responsive manner and support communications to employees on HR matters
- Engage line managers to facilitate effective HR management
- Maintain, update and analyse HR data for reporting
- Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in HR or general administration
- A team player who is resourceful and meticulous with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced working environment
- Comfortable in handling different profiles of customers and stakeholders
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using IT systems
