Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be the functional lead for the Singapore Recruitment Team that focuses on attracting high-quality talent efficiently and innovatively, driven by data to ensure a seamless application and onboarding process that fuels our growth and success. In this role, you will work together with the ASEAN Centre of Excellence to roll-out global and regional practices in Singapore.

Recruitment Operations

  • Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle including across a variety of technical and corporate roles but not limited to talent sourcing, assessment, selection, offer process management, on-boarding and exit proceedings. This will include permanent; contract hires as well as interns.
  • Lead, engage, and coach the Singapore recruiting team to ensure the efficient and effective execution of recruiting operations and to improve quality of hires.
  • Support the Manager, Talent Acquisition on workforce planning process and refining the recruitment process.
  • Grow and foster relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to build our talent pool.
  • Be responsible for the Singapore recruitment analytics, reporting, and data governance.
  • Support HR Business Partners in all regional or international mobility cases

Employer Branding

  • Represent TÜV SÜD as our Brand Ambassador
  • Be responsible for driving all local campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
  • Proactive outreach and collaboration with various schools on their programmes and initiatives such as career fairs, industry projects, student talks or visits
  • Skillfully execute and deliver on talent acquisition, employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies, projects and work plans in accordance to global, regional or local plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management with at least 4 years of relevant HR experience
  • Possess track records with high speed & high-volume recruitment, internship & event coordination.
  • Prior team lead experience would be an added advantage.
  • Strong planning and organising abilities, hands-on, resourceful with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to represent the company in engaging candidates.
  • Independent with good writing skills
  • Mature personality who is comfortable with ambiguities and dynamic pace
