  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Client:

Our client, a reputable energy & commodity group, one of the leaders in its field. They are now seeking high caliber Finance Director / CFO, to lead the group finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and risk management to protect assets and optimize profitability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to provide strategic financial guidance and support decision-making.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and proactively manage financial risks to safeguard the company's financial stability.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a top-tier university. Professional accounting designation CPA, CA is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably from energy, commodities or manufacturing MNCs, with a strong track record in financial leadership roles. International experience is essential. Prior experience with a Big 4 audit firm is highly valued.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex financial data, and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must.
