About the team:

At Aspire, we are on a mission to establish ourselves as the unrivaled #1 Finance Operating System for businesses in APAC. Our Marketing Team is at the forefront of this exciting journey, playing a pivotal role in building our brand, acquiring new customers, and nurturing existing relationships. Our Marketing team looks at crafting and executing marketing strategies to resonate with our target audience, and also to scale the acquisition of new users by identifying untapped channels and optimizing conversions.

About the role:

As Aspire’s Content Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a diverse, regional team of content creators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful content that elevates Aspire’s brand and reaches the target audience effectively. You will be overseeing a range of content formats, including written articles, social media content, audiovisual productions, reports, and whitepapers, designed to resonate with business audiences across multiple geographies.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape Aspire’s content strategy, mentor a growing team, and contribute significantly to the company’s business growth by creating and distributing impactful content across various platforms and formats.

  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with business stakeholders. This involves identifying content goals that align with Aspire’s overarching business objectives and tailoring content formats (blogs, videos, social posts, infographics, etc.) to suit specific audience segments.
  • Act as the in-house editor, ensuring consistency in Aspire’s tone and messaging across all content channels.
  • Oversee the production of various content formats, such as video content for digital platforms, thought leadership articles, videos, reports, podcasts, and more. Your role will include managing the production lifecycle, from ideation to publication, ensuring that all content meets the highest standards.
  • Lead and mentor a regional team of writers and content creators spread across different geographies. You will be responsible for goal setting, managing team output, and fostering a collaborative environment, ensuring the team meets tight deadlines while producing high-quality work. Previous experience managing remote or cross-geo teams is preferred.
  • You’ll work closely with the marketing and growth teams to develop a distribution strategy that ensures content reaches its intended audience and drives measurable business impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience with content, including managing and scaling a team of writers
  • You should have a scrappy mindset, ideally gained from working in startups or agencies where timelines are tight, and adaptability is key. Your ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment will be essential for driving quick yet thoughtful content execution.
  • Exceptional writing and editorial chops, and a portfolio that shows this off.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A strong preference for candidates with B2B experience, especially in fintech or related sectors, and the ability to lead teams across different geographies. Managing diverse content needs for different regions while maintaining brand consistency will be critical to the role.
